QUICK Snacks you need when YOUR on the run!

You're on the run and you can't seem to have the time to make lunch before you leave the house. I get it! We are all busy! Life gets hectic, so INSTEAD of starving and not eating anything for HOURS or snacking on the bad foods you don't want to, I have a few trail mix recipes for you to try. And before you say "Ewww I hate trail mix!", what if I told you, you could put whatever you want in this mix.... mhmmm sounds good huh? So let me give you a few recipes and from there you can adjust whatever ingredients you would like. For example, if you don't like dark chocolate you can substitute M&M's or any candy you can think of. So let's get to the recipe so you can get your snacking on!!


"Grown Folks" trail mix

1 cup of dark chocolate chips

1 cup of cashews

1 cup of sunflower seeds

1 cup of dried cranberries

1 cup of buttered pretzel sticks


"Spice Up your life" trail mix

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

1 cup of raisins

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup pecans

1 cup of golden raisins

1/2 cup of butter melted (Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice & pour over entire mix, combine)


"Your basic" trail mix

1 cup of peanuts

1 cup of cashews

1 cup of M&M's (You can try the caramel ones ;))

1 cup of almonds

1 cup of raisins
