Killer Kebab's

These Kebabs are super easy to make! Easy for a quick dinner or even lunch!! The ingredients are very interchangeable, if you don’t like bell pepper than you can always try something like onion or even a snap pea. The options with this recipe are endless. So, the first time you may want to go by the recipe but the next few times I encourage you to switch up some ingredients. Cooking is a BIG experiment so have some fun with it!!

Ingredients:

About 10 skewers

2 bell peppers

2 10oz steaks (T-bone is really good for this recipe)

1 whole Spanish onion

½ cup fresh basil

2 Tbs cumin

2 Tbs paprika

3 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½ cup of vegetable oil

½ cup of fresh dill

Directions:

1.) Prepare all your ingredients; bell pepper, steak and onion should ALL be cut into 1 ½ inch pieces

2.) When all ingredients are ready and prepped, mince your garlic and put the paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper all into one small bowl.

3.) Heat vegetable oil in a small sauce pan. DO NOT bring oil to a peak heat, heat the oil on a low to medium heat. When oil is heating you can add your spice mix with the garlic and whisk together until combined.

4.) After mixture is all put together, you can start by building your skewers! You can go in ANY order but I start mine with meat, onion, basil leaf, bell pepper then MORE MEEATT! Keep building up until you have an inch at both ends of the skewer.

5.) This is where your spice oil comes in! You can use a baster with bristles at the end. Basically the paint brush for the kitchen! YEAH that thing lol!! Use this tool to brush the oil all over your meat and veggies. The more you place the more flavor you’re going to have!

6.) If you have a grill, great!! Use that baby and grill your skewers until you have a nice char and your meat is cooked fully through. For those that don’t have a grill you can simply use a large non-stick sauce pan and “grill” them on medium to high heat until golden brown. About 7-10mins

7.) When done, Serve and Enjoy!!
