Cinnamon Roll French Toast

Going out to eat well.... eats up your money really fast. Like me you probably are starting to realize that your whole paycheck can't just go to food! As sad as it is we have to pay annoying things called "bills". But, what I realized is that your diet doesn't need to just consist of ramen and cereal, you can still eat good and be on a budget. So, what I have for you today is a Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole. It is SUPERRR easy and has little clean up, so why not just try it?! You can make it for dessert or even breakfast!! Try it out and let me know how you like it!

Ingredients:

2 Cans of cinnamon rolls ( 12oz preferably)

1/2 cup Almond milk (I use almond milk but you can use regular)

2 Tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tsp. cinnamon

4 eggs

3 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:

- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees

- Open up your 2 cans of cinnamon rolls, cut each roll into 4 pieces

- Once you have all your pieces cut up, butter a casserole dish and place all the cinnamon roll dough in the dish

- Take a medium mixing bowl and mix your milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk until all frothy and mixed through

- When mixture is all combined, pour over the cinnamon roll pieces in your casserole dish

- Place in oven for about 25-30mins, check when 20min. When done you can pour over the frosting packages that come with the cinnamon rolls

- Cut into sections and serve

-Enjoy!!
